JAMMU, Nov 3: A general body meeting of Association of SKUAST-Jammu Veterinary Teachers and Scientists (ASVETS) was held here today for electing new executive body.
Dr S A Khandi was elected as new president and Dr Mandeep Singh Azad as vice- president. Dr Vikas Mahajan was elected as general secretary while Dr Nazam Khan was elected as publicity secretary and Dr Aditi Koul as treasurer.
Members of the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, RS Pura attended the meeting. Deliberations and discussions were held regarding various issues of the Faculty for taking up with the higher authorities.
