RAJOURI, Dec 1: The police seized a vehicle along with bovine animals in Sunderbani area and arrested its driver this evening.
Official sources said that a police naka party from Sunderbani intercepted a Tata load carrier, bearing registration No. JK02AN/ 2964 at Dhok Banyar near Sunderbani at around 7.15 pm late this evening. The police during search found two bovine animals being smuggled. The driver had no transportation permission from the concerned District Magistrate.
The police seized the vehicle along with bovine animals and arrested its driver. He was identified as Vikas Kumar, son of Rattan Lal, a resident of Beri Pattan. A case was registered against him.
