JAMMU, Sept 8: Vice Chairman JAKFED Munish Sharma chaired a review meeting today with employees of JAKFED (field staff) of Jammu province to sought reports on the progress in light of the recent action taken by the vice chairman to expedite the recovery amount and generate new supply order of cement, steel, fertilizers and other items.
During the review meeting a detailed discussion was made regarding the boost of sharp increase in sales & pending recovery amount in various blocks of Jammu & Kashmir. Field employees appraised their performance and highlighted their significant achievements. Vice chairman made an observation that monthly review meeting are important to assess the cases of defaults.
While appreciating the ongoing efforts of the field staff, Vice chairman said that review meetings are essential for the growth of institution wherein the marketing staff has been given chance to brief Q&A session at the very end to clarify any aspects of steps and also allowed staff to introduce thoughts for the welfare of the institution.
Addressing the meeting, Munish Sharma directed the employees to put in their best strenuous efforts in this direction & go for aggressive recovery.
He said, there should not be any delay in rendering services to the public, adding that they were committed to bring the JAKFED back on the path of growth and development.
Lauding the Vice chairman efforts, Field employees were of the opinion that such sincere efforts to revive JAKFED were never made in the past “we are sure that JAKFED is going to be revived sooner than later”.
Employees apprised the Vice chairperson about various problems faced by them. Vice chairman noted their grievances and assured them that all genuine demands would be looked into on priority & appropriate action will be taken in a time bound manner.
