JALANDHAR, Sept 15: Vajra Corps task force team, working round the clock in flood affected areas of Srinagar, has evacuated 4800 people to safer places. Besides, it has dispatched a huge amount of flood relief material to Srinagar for the use of flood affected people, a defence release said here today.
Engineer Task Force of Vajra Corps alongwith medical teams, deployed at old Airfield, Batmaloo and Rambagh areas of Srinagar, are busy round the clock providing relief and rescue and medical services to the flood victims. (AGENCIES)
