JAMMU, May 26: A Vaishno Devi pilgrim today died while on his way from Katra to Bhawan.
According to a police spokesperson, the pilgrim identified as Dinesh Kumar (27) son of Laxmi Narayan, a resident of Haryana was on his way from Katra to Bhawan with his wife when he fell down suddenly near Lambi Kari, Adhkuwari.
In unconscious condition, he was brought to dispensary at Adhkuwari, where doctors declared him as brought dead. The dead body was later shifted to CHC Katra, where after conducting medico-legal formalities, it was handed over to family.
