JAMMU, May 6: Following a show cause notice issued to PDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti for featuring a child in her political campaign, another notice has been served to Anjum Mirza, the incharge of Thannamandi/Budhal/Rajouri Constituency, to provide an explanation within 24 hours regarding the same matter.
