JAMMU, July 30: The Unemployed Petitioners Forum (UPF) 2012 under PM’s employment package demanded that the Cabinet decision of July 28 giving approval for the implementation of double Bench Judgment of State High Court of June 2, 2015 be implemented in letter and spirit.
They further demanded that the decision be implemented in a short span of time, so that the candidates do not suffer as they have already suffered a lot for last five years. The petitioners in an appeal to Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti under whose leadership the Cabinet passed the decision to implement the Court order to give the directives to concerned authorities to issue the appointment orders in their favor at an earliest.
