SAMBA, Mar 9: An unknown man of age about 25 years was killed today after being hit by a train near Railway Station Vijaypur.
According to a police official, today at about 11:45 AM, one unknown male was hit by train “Anand Vihar” (UP) at Km 74.2 and while shifting the injured person from the site of occurrence to the platform of Railway station Vijaypur, he died on the way.
“The dead body of the deceased person was shifted to mortuary of Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu for identification/postmortem and further investigation in the case is going on”, he added.
