JAMMU, Mar 9: Fulfilling his commitment with the Bar Association Jammu (BAJ), which he made just a few days ago during his visit to High Court Complex, Minister for Health & Medical Education, Bali Bhagat launched the execution work of Primary Health Centre building in the High Court premises here today.
The building will be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs. 3.56 crore by the JKPCC during the 2018-19 financial year.
Speaking on the occasion, the Health Minister said that it is endeavour of the Government to strengthen the health infrastructure along with diagnostic facilities in every nook and corner of the State, for which several initiatives have been taken. He said High Court is the largely visited place, where necessary diagnostic facilities along with adequate staff will be ensured to cater to the increased work load during the past some years.
Senior Advocate and President, Bar Association Jammu (BAJ), B.S. Slathia hoped that with the construction of PHC building, the visitors including, Advocates, Members of Judiciary, staff and clients will be able to avail the benefits of improved healthcare facilities here.
