Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh going around different stalls and displays after formally inaugurating the, first of its kind, exhibition on theme “Transforming India” organized by Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (ARPG) at Vigyan Bhawan on Wednesday.
