JAMMU, Aug 16: The dead body of an unidentified man is lying in mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu for identification.
“On August 5, one unknown man of age about 30-35 years was found in unconscious condition in Bahu Plaza area near JDA parking after which he was shifted to GMCH Jammu for treatment but he died there on August 14,” a police official said, adding that the body is lying in mortuary room of the Hospital for identification while inquest proceeding under Section 174 CrPC has been initiated at police station Bahu Fort.
He said the deceased man is 5 feet 10 inches tall with blackish eyes, oval-shaped face and weatish complexion and is wearing Grey coloured check shirt with Sky Blue coloured trouser. “Any information about the identity of the deceased man may be communicated at SHO, police station Bahu Fort at mobile number 9419181063 or at 7006098454 and 0191-2475133.
