Two wanted criminals held: Police

JAMMU, Nov 10: Police in Jammu’s Bishnah area claimed to have arrested two absconding criminals who were wanted in an attempt to murder case.

A police official said that Sahil Kumar of Salehar, Arnia, along with one minor, who were required in case FIR number 87/2024 under Sections 109/126(c)/ 115(3)/(5) BNS, were evading their arrest for the last four months.

Acting on specific information about the duo, he said, they were swiftly apprehended by a team of police in Bishnah town.

Further investigation in the case is on, he said.

Arrests were made by a Bishnah Police station party headed by SHO Insp. Sushil Choudhary.
