Srinagar, Nov 13: Two labourers working in a factory in Industrial Estate Lassipora, Pulwama were found dead while other two are being treated in the hospital.
Police said that last night four labourers working in a Plywood factory at SIDCO Lassipora, Pulwama were found unconscious in their room. They were shifted to District Hospital, Pulwama where two of them Shabu Mian son of Azhar Mian and Rupan son of Kibila residents of West Bengal were declared brought dead, while two others Habib Mian son of Azhar Mian and Anaee Gul son of Shabut residents of West Bengal have been referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further treatment.
Pulwama Police has started an inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC in this regard to ascertain the cause of their death.
Meanwhile, an unidentified body recovered at Sangam, Anantnag has been identified as Mohammad Yousuf Chopan son of Ghulam Hassan resident of Zangalpora Kulgam. The body was handed over to his relatives for last rites.
