DODA, Nov 27: Police here today arrested two drug peddlers with heroin.
A police party of Police Post DH Doda laid a Naka on Bharat Road and while checking the vehicles they intercepted a car of Wagon R make bearing registration number-JK06A/3499 whose driver was Shadab Ishaq son of Mohd Ishaq Wani of Ghat Doda and from his checking heroin like substance was recovered.
Similarly on the search of his co-traveler Farooq Ahmed son of Mohd Sabar resident of Sekwan Doda heroin like substance was also recovered.
Upon this a case in FIR No. 249/2022 under relevant sections has been registered at Police Station Doda and investigation started.
