JAMMU, Mar 20: Sarwal police under Operation Sanjeevani arrested two persons along with narcotics.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from police post Sarwal conducted raid and arrested two persons with 40 intoxicant tablets and cannabis.
The accused have been identified as Munish Gupta alias Munsi, son of Anil Gupta of Rehari Colony and Munish Gupta alias Krrish, son of Gopal Krishan Gupta of Gurha Bakshi Nagar, at present Preet Nagar.
A case under FIR Number 43/17 under Section 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at police station Bakshi Nagar and investigating started.
Police team led by SHO Bakshi Nagar Inspector Ashwani Sharma and assisted by Incharge Sarwal police post SI Kali Charan made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO West Nikhil Rasgotra and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
