JAMMU, May 29: GRP Jammu caught two persons while pick-pocketing at Railway Station here.
As per official spokesperson, GRP Jammu arrested two persons while they were trying to pick-pocket of a passenger namely Som Dutt, of Tehsil Balwal at Platform Number 1, Railway Station.
The accused have been identified as Rahul, son of Vikram of Delhi and Amir Sohail, son of Ibrar Ahmed of Punjab.
A case under FIR number 5/15 under Section 379 and 511 RPC has been registered against them at police station GRP Jammu and investigation started.
Meanwhile, Suram Singh, SP Railways Jammu issued directions to SDPO GRP Jammu and SHO police station GRP Jammu to interrogate the thieves so that their associates if any may be arrested.
