JAMMU, Jan 13: Two persons were found unconscious from Bus Stand area, here today.
According to a police spokesperson, a 30-year old man namely Omkar Nath, son of Govind Ram, a resident of Ram Nagar was mysteriously found unconscious in a SRTC Bus that reached here today from Ajmer in Rajasthan.
As soon as the cleaner of the bus noticed the man lying in unconscious condition, he informed the police that reached the spot and shifted the person to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu, where he was still unfit for giving any statement.
A youth who was an employee in a restaurant at Jewel area was also found unconscious in a mysterious condition from platform of the Bus Stand here this evening. Identified as Vicky (20) son of Shallo Ram, a resident of Kot Mera in Akhnoor was shifted to GMCH and was stated to be unfit for giving any statement. According to the reports, the youth has left his work place this afternoon, to board a bus for his home to celebrate Lohri.
The Bus Stand police has taken cognizance of both the cases.
