Two days lecture on ‘Unbundling Leadership Potential’ concludes

JAMMU, Mar 27: Two days guest lecture on “Unbundling Leadership Potential” organised by Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) at Police Auditorium, Gulshan Ground concluded here today.
In the lecture there was large participation of Business School students, KAS probationers and large number of senior police officers.
While proceeding today’s lecture the guest speaker Prof Ramnath Narayanswamy from IIM Bangaluru, said that one need to ask himself what he has to do in his life?  Prof Ramnath speaking on the subject of management said that one should live life like a lotus, while one foot is in the mud the other foot must be outside. Giving the examples from the characters of Mahabharata he said that life is a journey of learning, you should strive to see your potential is realized.
VK Singh, Special DGP (Hqrs) PHQ while referring to the life of Shri Arunachalam Muruganantham said that one need to understand the power of thinking creatively and using minimum resources to create utilities for the public. Singh said that two days lecture by Prof Ramnath Narayanswamy was full of excitement.
In the end, Sameer Rekhi AIG Policy and Training PHQ presented the vote of thanks.
