BATOTE, Aug 23: Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, J&K here today concluded its 5th Integrated Communication and Outreach Programme in which a two day Photo Exhibition under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav was organized at Government Model Higher Secondary School, Batote.
The closing ceremony was attended by Chairman Block Development Council, Batote, Rajeshwar Kumar who while speaking on the occasion said that the nation is indebted to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi for this wonderful initiative of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav’ which has informed everyone about the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters of India.
Principal GMHSS Batote, Dev Raj gave vote of thanks. Khursheed Yousuf, Field Publicity Officer, Central Bureau of Communication, Field Office, Udhampur and others also spoke on the occasion.
Students from various schools across district Ramban visited the exhibition.
Drawing, singing of patriotic songs and a quiz competition was also conducted by the Bureau and winners were felicitated with prizes.
