JAMMU, Oct 7: Two youths today made abortive bids on their lives by consuming some poisonous substance at their respective residences in city outskirts.
According to police sources, a youth identified Ajay Kumar (21) son of Jeet Ram, resident of Rajwal (Akhnoor), today consumed some poisonous substance at his residence. He was immediately shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H), Jammu by the family members.
In another case, another youth identified as Mufaiz (21) son of GM Bhat, a resident of Bathindi consumed some poisonous substance at his home after which he was shifted to GMC&H.
The condition of both the youths was stated to be stable till the last reports came in. In both cases, the concerned police have taken cognizance.
