JAMMU, Jan 25: Two persons were arrested for misbehaving and assaulting cops during checking.
As per police sources, during checking, two persons misbehaved with SHO Police Station Miran Sahib and also scuffled with HC Swarn Singh at Indra Nagar last night.
Both the persons were arrested on the spot and were identified as Akashdeep, son of Ashok Kumar of Shiv Puri Ward Number 3 District Kathua and Naveen Singh, son of Amrik Singh of Hatli Morh District Kathua.
A case FIR Number 03/2022 under Sections 353, 188, 269 and 426 IPC and 184 MVA Act has been registered against the arrested persons and investigation set into motion.
Later, the arrested persons were produced in the court and were bailed out.
