PULWAMA, Jan 22: Pulwama police today arrested two drug peddlers and recovered 20 kg bhukki from them.
According to a police spokesperson, a police party of police station Rajpora laid a naka at Rahmoo this afternoon and intercepted a Sumo bearing registration No JK03B-6614. During checking of the vehicle, 20 kg of bhukki was recovered from the vehicle.
The occupants of the vehicle identified as Mukhtar Ahmad Rather, a resident of Fresipora (Pulwama) and Firdous Ahmad Dar, a resident of Kangan (Pulwama) were taken into custody and a case was registered against both the peddlers.
