JAMMU, July 11: Police today arrested two absconders, who were evading their arrest for the last some time.
A police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police party from Domana Police Station led by SHO Arvind Sambyal under the supervision of SDPO Domana Sandeep Mehta arrested an absconder, who has been identified as Kuldeep Raj, son of Mohan Lal of Pat Nayal.
The absconder was involved in an accident case registered with Domana Police Station under FIR number 36/2007 under Section 279, 337 and 304-A RPC, he added.
The accused was produced in Court of Law for further action.
Meanwhile, Ramban police also arrested an absconder, who has been identified as Mohammad Aslam, son of Shamas Din of Chandrog, district Ramban.
The absconder was involved in a case registered with Ramban Police Station under FIR number 40/13 under Section 376/109 RPC. Sub-Judge Ramban has also issued warrant under Section 512 CrPC against him, he added.
The accused was produced in the Court of Law, which sent him to judicial custody till July 19.
