JAMMU, Sept 3: Special Tribunal Jammu has dismissed the 2nd No Confidence Motion against President Naresh Sharma and Vice President Rekha Kumari of Kathua Municipal Corporation.
While allowing the revision of Naresh Sharma and Rekha Kumari and Member Executive Anuradha Rani the court observed, “Section 25(4) of Municipal Act 2000 makes it clear that there is no provision to move 2nd No Confidence Motion within interval of one year of last no confidence motion”, adding “private respondents had moved No Confidence Motion within span of one month which is not maintainable”.
