LONDON, May 7: Actress Chas shared her pregnancy secrets with other expectant women in her new motherhood manual.
The 33-year-old “Twitches” actress struggled with nausea in her first trimester before giving birth to son Cree, her first child with husband Cory Hardrict, reported Daily Star online.
Mowry kept a diary throughout her pregnancy and now she has shared her own experiences in new book ‘Oh, Baby: Pregnancy Tales and Advice from One Hot Mama to Another’.
“I do not mind sharing with the world the most amazing gift that God has ever given to me. I think it is good to basically share with my fans what it is like to be a mom, the joys and the challenges,” Mowry said.
The book will be available later this month. (PTI)
