Three missing minor boys of Reasi recovered in Samba

SAMBA, Jan 24: Police Station Samba has recovered three missing minor boys hailing from district Reasi and reunited them with their families.
A police party of police station Samba while on routine patrolling duty in its jurisdictional area, found three minor boys roaming near Veer Bhumi Park, NHW Samba. On questioning by the police about their residential particulars/family members, they disclosed their identities as Tanveer Ahmed Bhat (16) son of Mashooq Ahmed Bhat, Nadeem Ahmed Bhat (15) son of Sharief Bhat and Azhar Ahmed (14) son of Bashir Ahmed Bhat, all residents of village and tehsil Thuroo in district Reasi.
Since all the children were minor and there was every apprehension that they could fall prey to the anti social elements, SHO police station Samba, Inspector Deepak Jasrotia immediately took cognizance into the matter and contacted his counterpart SHO police station Arnas in district Reasi who in turn intimated that all the three minor boys were went missing from their respective homes and a case FIR No 11/2022 stands registered at PS Arnas in this regard.
Accordingly, all three minor boys were produced before Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Samba and thereafter handed over to Arnas Police/guardians after completing all the legal formalities.
