JAMMU, Aug 9: Three persons were injured today in separate road accidents in City and its outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, a youth identified as Raj Kumar (25) son of Shatru Din, a resident of Greater Kailash, was injured when the bike he was riding on, got slipped near his residence.
A pedestrian identified as Shanti Devi (75) wife of Kamal Singh, a resident of Mula Chak (RS Pura), also got injured when an unknown car hit her while crossing a road near Satwari Chowk.
An eight-year-old boy was injured when a scooty hit him while crossing a road near Maheshpura Chowk. The injured child has been identified as Sachin son of Rakesh while his residence could not be ascertained.
All the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu. In all cases, the concerned police have taken cognizance.
