Thousands of devotees attend Maha Yagya at Mata Bhaderkali Asthapan in Valley

HANDWARA, Oct 21: Thousands of devotees attended Annual Maha Yagya at Mata Bhaderkali Asthapan, Wadipora, here.
Bhajans and Kirtans were held on the occasion, which brought ecstatic feeling among the devotees.
MLC Ajay Bharti also attended the Yagya and lavished praise on the organisers for performing the event in a befitting manner.
He threw light on the significance of performing ‘hawan’ at the historic religious place in the valley.
Rashtriya Rifles and other security forces were instrumental in helping the organisers in smooth and successful conduct of the event.
Mata Baderkali Asthapan Commitee, the organisers of the event was all praise for the Civil Administration, Rashtriya Rifles and local Muslim brethren for their cooperation and coordination.
