JAMMU, Nov 10: Some unidentified thieves today decamped with 8 tolas gold ornaments and around Rs 2 lakh cash from a house at Gangyal.
As per reports, some thieves struck into the house of Ram Singh, an employee of Health Department, resident of sector number 3 in Gangyal, when all the family members were not at home.
When family members returned back they found the locks of the house broken and gold ornaments weighing 8 tolas and cash around Rs 2 lakh stolen. The matter was reported to Gangyal police.
A case in this connection has been registered at Gangyal Police Station and manhunt has been launched to arrest the burglars.
However, no arrest was made till reports compiled.
