UDHAMPUR, Feb 28: Police today foiled another attempt of bovine smuggling and rescued 10 animals which were being smuggled to Kashmir in a Tata Mobile vehicle.
The vehicle, bearing registration number JK14C-1185, was intercepted by Police under the jurisdiction of Police Station Rehmbal. On seeing the Naka party, driver fled away from the spot leaving the vehicle. Ten bovine animals were found packed inside this vehicle.
