JAMMU, May 21: A general body meeting of the biradari members of Lookbhawan/ Sidhlakshmi Trust was held at its camp office Sector-2 Durga Nagar here, today, wherein a threadbare discussion was held regarding construction work, preparation of yearly Harbah Havan and new Management Committee of the Trust which was formed recently to manage the affairs of the Trust and the existing Management Committee has been dissolved.
The new office bearers of the Management Committee are Shadi Lal Koul ,Sanjay Koul president and vice president respectively.
Tej Krishan Raina and Ramesh Koul have been elected as general secretary and joint secretary , Ashok Raina ,Bittu Ji Koul and Sohan Lal Koul are in charge stores and booking of Hall for functions.
Rajesh Raina and Pawan Ji Koul are in charge Finance Affairs, Sanjay Koul is media/publicity secretary, Subash Koul, Bharat Ji Pandita and Sanjay Pandita are event organisers.
It was decided that the famous Annual Harbah Festival falling this year on June 30 will be celebrated at Lokbhawan village if situation permits otherwise in Jammu.
