JAMMU, Feb 19: A teen aged boy allegedly committed suicide by hanging self in Bathindi area of city outskirts.
“Ajay Kumar Kashyap (16) son of Sunder Kashyap, resident of Behri (UP) was found hanging this morning in a rented accommodation at Jalalabad on Sunjuwan Road, where he was presently residing with his family” a police official said.
He said after postmortem at Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, his body was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites while inquest proceeding under 174 CrPC was initiated in this connection by Bathindi police.
