Sir,
A good relationship between a teacher and a student is necessary in order to achieve the real goal of education. A teacher is known as nation builder and students are said to be the future of a nation. So, a constructive and and good relationship between a teacher and a student is so important that it can be treated as same coin which can not be separated from from each other.
We, today in the modern world hear many incidents in which a teacher is beaten by student or a teacher beat the student black and blue. A teacher and a student must be responsible towards each other. A teacher should understand his students well and inspire them in a way that the dullest of the dull get the inspiration to do the constructive work which is equally important for the student itself and also for the nation. A teacher is a guide and he can mould the students as per his desires. So, a teacher can spoil or can make the career of students.
The parents too need to cooperate with a teacher, because one can not clap with a single hand. The parents should also cooperate with teacher to overcome the weaknesses among the students. It is a matter of great concern that our students lack moral values. Who is to blame? Teacher or patents. I think both are equally responsible, because these two are like two wheels of two wheeler and one wheel can not take it to its destination. The teachers and parents should collectively realise their responsibility and provide students an environment which can lead our society to a stage where all our citizens are well disciplined and responsible towards their nation.
Yours etc…..
