Tata Motors’ Experience Centre commences in Jammu

JAMMU, Apr 21: Following the positive response from the Hexa Experience Center and the phase 1 of Tata Motors Experience Cen-tre (TMEC), in 28 cities in 2017, Tata Motors is now aggressively rolling out Phase 2 of TMEC and as a part of this, a two-day experiential programme in Jammu was inaugurated at Fairdeal Motors, Jammu.
The programme was inaugurated by dignitaries like Vivek Gupta, SSP Jammu, in the presence of Salim Bakshi, MD, Fairdeal Motors & Workshop Private Limited, Bhagwan Dass Gandotra, Executive Director, Faideal Motors, Rohit Gandotra, Mohit Gandotra and Bhawar Yajuvendra Singh, Senior Manager, Tata Motors Ltd and Anil Jasrotia, Territory Sales Manager, Tata Motors Ltd.
This interactive and high-spirited experiential program provides customers and automobile enthusiasts a platform to experience the new generation passenger vehicles – Tata Hexa, Tata Nexon, Tata Tiago and the Tata Tigor. In phase 2, the Company plans to target 50 cities across India.
According to Vivek Srivatsa, Marketing Head, PVBU, Tata Motors – “Tata Motors Experience Centre is a one of its kind experiential arena, specially curated for the customers. It is an engagement programme wherein our existing and prospective customers can come together to experience the performance capabilities of our new range of products”.
“We are quite confident that with TMEC phase 2, we will be able to double the traction received in the earlier phase and make more people experience the Tata way of mobility with our next generation passenger vehicles,” he added.
TMEC phase 2 comes with additional obstacle courses such as the side incline, articulation ramps, log barrier, kerb stones, steps and rollers ramps for the Hexa and cone slalom, parallel parking and rumblers for the Nexon. In addition to this, customers will be able to test drive the Tiago and Tigor. Every course has been specially curated to demonstrate key performance attributes of the vehicles.
TMEC serves as a good platform, to engage with customers effectively and highlight key features of the new generation cars, breaking away from the mundane vehicle test drives, offered at showrooms.
