JAMMU, Apr 16: The State Government has accorded sanction for the constitution of a Task Force to finalize its recommendation on the Agricultural Development in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Task Force, headed by Administrative Secretary Agriculture Production Department, will recommend strategies for re-invigorating agriculture in its aspects and identify successful experiment and programmes.
Members of the Task Force will comprise; Administrative Secretary of PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, representative of SKUAST Jammu/Kashmir, representative of Planning and Development Department, Progressive Farmers ( to be nominated by the Agriculture Department) and an expert.
