Dialogue in violation of Constitution won’t be allowed,” Khanna said.
However, the BJP leader didn’t clear whether BJP has started any back-channel talks with the Hurriyat Conference for dialogue. “Talks within the ambit of Constitution are not a condition. As a citizen, any person is duty bound to respect the Constitution,” he said.
