JAMMU, May 3: The T.R Gupta Public Charitable Trust here today organized a Multispecialty Medical Camp at border village Badyal Brahmana in R.S Pura.
More than 350 patients were provided free medical treatment and medicines in the Camp inaugurated by T.R Gupta, Chairman of the Trust in the presence of other Trustees and prominent residents of the village.
Investigations like hemoglobin of 250 patients, blood sugar estimation of 40 patients were carried out in addition to ECG on the advice of physicians.
Dr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, Child Specialist; Dr. V.P Gupta, Dr. Kuldeep Gubgotra, Senior Physician; Dr. S.S Padha, Bone & Joint Specialist; Dr. Surbhi Gupta, Ophthalmologist; Dr. Deep Shikha, ENT Specialist; Dr. Nidhi, Dermatologist; Dr. Arshdeep Singh, Pediatrician and Dr. Priya Chandel, Physiotherapist provided their services in the Camp.
T.R Gupta interacted with Panchayat members and other locals in the camp and said that he owed it to the village as he started his career with Atta Chakki machine in 1955 and then in few years he shifted to construction business.
He along with other Trustees also visited the site where Atta Chakki was set up by him and found it still in functional condition.
He lauded village Panchayat members especially Sarpanch Kanta Sharma, Sarpanch Binny Sharma, Panch Mangat Ram and Principal Gulzar Singh.
Trustees present on the occasion were Rajinder Motial, Dr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, Yash Paul Gupta, S.K Sharma, Kailash Langer, Naresh Gupta and Ajay Sabharwal.
