JAMMU, Jan 15: Special Operations Group (SOG) and police today arrested a suspected Hizbul Mujahedeen militant from outskirts of the City.
He has been identified as Mohammead Rafi Ganaie son of Abdul Subhan Ganaie, a resident of Banihal in Ramban district.
He was on a mission to Jammu when he was captured by a joint team of SOG and police, official reports said.
He has been taken to a suspected militant hideout for more arrests and recoveries.
