Summons to DDG Prasar Bharti in backdoor appointment case

JAMMU, Aug 10: In a criminal complaint filed by Anil Saraf alleging backdoor appointment in J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu,V S Bhou has arrayed Rafiq Massodi, the then Secretary of the Academy and presently Deputy Director General (Archives), Prasar Bharti as respondent and issued summon.
The court directed that the summon be sent to Director General Prasar Bharti, New Delhi for getting the same served on the respondent for appearance in the court.
Advocate Kuldeep Singh Parihar appeared for the petitioner.
