Still don’t believe Vinod Khanna sir is gone: Salman

NEW DELHI: Terming the passing away of Vinod Khanna as a great loss to the film industry, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan says he still does not believe that the veteran actor is not “between us”.
Addressing a press conference for the Da-Bangg Tour in Delhi, Salman, describing Vinod Khanna as his ‘lucky charm’, said that he misses the great actor as he gears up for the shoot of Dabangg 3, the third installment of Dabangg series.
”It is really sad that he passed away. It is great loss to the film industry. Now, Shashi uncle passed away. “Aisa kabhi lagta hi nahi tha ki joh humare hero hai, who we hero-worship, they could leave us alone (it never occurred to us that our favourite heroes, whom we hero worshipped, would leave us alone). They are immortal.
I still watch their films and feel their presence amid us. I cannot believe Vinod Khanna sir is gone. He is still here between us,” the actor said. Talking about Dabangg 3 , the actor said it would be bigger and better than the first two installments.
“We plan to begin shooting for Dabanng 3 sometime in March. Prabhu Deva will be directing and and the film features Sonakshi and Arbaaz besides me. Without the best Makhanchand Pandey (Arbaaz Khan) the film cannot be made or produced.). Chulbul Pandey cannot come on the stage without him.
