JAMMU, June 4: Stephens Group of Institutions under the aegis of Dr Aparna Educational Trust organized freshers event at Baba Jitto auditorium with enthusiasm. The theme of the event was ‘Novice Newbies Fiesta’. The chief guest on the occasion was Dr Kamal Saini (IGP Retd) and guest of honour Dr Narinder Bhatial from GMC Jammu while the special guests of the event were Satvinder Saini, Director, Stephens International Public School and Adv Kunal Saini, Director Stephens College of Nursing and Stephens Institute of Paramedical Sciences.
The chief guest and other guests were felicitated by Manoj Kotru, Administrator and & Prof Munni Dhar, Principal SCON. They highly appreciated the efforts put by the concerned teachers, staff and students for such a wonderful programme. They also highly appreciated the sincere contribution of the Nurses towards the society and in the hospitals.
The event commenced with the introduction of the theme by Hamid Maqbool of B.Sc (N) 2ND year and Mansi Salotra of GNM IST year. It was followed by lighting of traditional lamp and Ganesh Vandana. Professor Munni Dhar welcomed everyone and wished good luck to all the freshers for their bright career.
