JAMMU, Dec 28: Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board has advised the candidates/applicants not to fall in the trap of fraudsters.
According to the official spokesman, the Board has received several complaints from the candidates, who have appeared in recently held written examinations for different posts that some people have been calling them and demanding bribe (monetary consideration) in lieu of ensuring their selection in the written test. These people are claiming to be the representatives of the Services Selection Board.
The mobile numbers which have been brought to the notice of Board are 9525229326, 9430987004 and 8294264456 and on preliminary inquiry, it has been found that all these numbers have been traced to subscribers in Bihar and these people have no dealing whatsoever with the Board, the spokesman said.
The Board has advised all the candidates/applicants not to fall into the trap of such fraudsters as no employee of the Board has any access to the confidential activities of the examination process.
