JAMMU, June 17: All J&K SRTC Consolidate and Daily Wage Workers Welfare Association has suspended its strike yesterday on the assurance given by Manger Tourist Services and Manager Passenger Services JKSRTC, Jammu and the telephonic assurance given by MD JKSRTC.
This was stated in a handout issued by Association here today. It said the MD JKSRTC assured about regularization of consolidated payee and enhancement of emoluments as has already been fixed on July 4 next month.
S Didar Singh along with representative of consolidate payee have been asked to visit Srinagar for discussion into matter.
