JAMMU, Oct 17: SR College of Competitions today conducted final Mock Test of the comprehensive Test Series that was started both offline and online for Prelims since 18th July for the IAS/JKAS aspirants.
The test series included14 Sectional/ Component wise tests and eight full Mock Tests. The tests were prepared by the respective subject experts who have wealth of experience in the Civil Services. The response of the students was overwhelming and they were satisfied as the test series really helps them in assessing their level of preparation, time management and the weak areas where they need to focus on.
“The sectional tests and the full mock tests were prepared on the same pattern and the same lines as prepared by the UPSC and the JKPSC,” said Parveen Sharma, the Director of SR College. He also informed that SR College is going to conduct a test series for the Mains 2021 for both IAS and JKAS from next month.
Recently the Civil Services result was declared and many students from Jammu and Kashmir have made it to the final list of the coveted services .A new trend is discernible wherein students pursuing college are simultaneously preparing for the Civil Services examination and this brightens their chances of clearing the examination in the very first attempt.
While sending good wishes to all the aspirants appearing for Prelims scheduled on 24th Oct 2021, team SR College of Competitions has expressed hope that this time again their students would perform exceptionally well. They advised the students to attempt the prelims with utmost care and composure.
“The College has planned few workshops this week for the college going / undergraduate students and also for the graduates who have made up their mind for the 2022 Civil Services examinations” said Gautam Kumar, a renowned national level Civil Services faculty.
