Spl wing in I&B Ministry addresses social media needs

NEW DELHI, July 23:
A new media wing established in last year in the Information and Broadcasting Ministry addresses the social media communication requirements of the Government to keep a pace with contemporary trends in the new media space, the Lok Sabha was informed today.
This wing also disseminates information about policies and programmes of the Government through various social media platforms, Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar said in a written reply. (UNI)
