Some political parties misleading public on Citizenship Law: Brahman Sabha

JAMMU, Dec 14: Dogra Brahman Pratinidhi Sabha (DBPS) has alleged that some political parties are trying to mislead the public by portraying Citizenship (Amendment) Law 2019 wrongly.
Addressing Bhagwan Parshu Ram Murti Sathapana function at Vijaypur, DBPS president, Ved Parkash Sharma said the Citizenship Amendment law is for entire country and it does not exclude anyone.
He also said that this Law is historic and will undo the harms of partitions to give an opportunity to those in a stateless condition.
Speaking on the occasion, senior Advocate P.C Sharma said, those who have migrated to India would now be given an opportunity to claim citizenship.
He also said that last time such an exercise was under taken in India was in the year 1951.
Tawi Andolan president, Chander Mohan Sharma while speaking on the occasion focused on the need of spreading message and teaching of Bhagwan Parshu Ram Jee who always stood for justice.
Davinder Sharma (Baboo), District President DBPS Samba; Subash Shastri, Dr. Sandeep Sharma, Kuldeep Sharma, Rajesh Bargotra, Ramesh Sharma, Prem Balotra, Mukesh Sharma, Jagdish Sharma, Ravi Kumar Sharma, Ganesh Sharma, Rajan Sharma and others were also present on the occasion.
