JAMMU, June 21: A business man and social worker namely Dinesh Raina received serious injuries after some unknown persons launched a physically attack on him in Miran Sahib area of city outskirts
According to police sources, Raina was attacked by 3 unknown persons in the afternoon of June 19. One of the accused identified as Naveen Kumar Sharma alias Chiku son of Girdhari Lal, resident of Bhour Camp (Chattha) along with his two associates Pankaj Sharma son of Daulat Ram of Prem Nagar (Miran Sahib) and one unknown person attacked Raina after calling him out of his house in Indira Nagar.
In the attack, Raina received serious injuries and presently he is undergoing treatment at GMC Jammu. In this connection, a case was registered at police station Miran Sahib under sections 307, 341, 323 & 34 of IPC and hideouts of the accused were raided but they are still at large.
