SNM holds blood donation camp

RAJOURI, June 5: Sant Nirankari Mission (SNM) organized their 7th blood donation camp  to commemorate the supreme sacrifice of its former Spiritual Head, Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji and to remember hundreds of devotees who laid down their lives for the noble cause of truth, love, peace and humanity.
Sant Nirankari Mandal, Branch Rajouri, organized this camp in collaboration with District Hospital, Rajouri and Red Cross Society, Rajouri where more than 100 volunteers of the Mission donated blood during the day-long camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan branch Rajouri.
District Development Commissioner, Rajouri,  Shabir Ahmed Bhat inaugurated the camp. Almost 110 saints volunteered themselves for blood donation, out of which, 70 donors donated their blood for the cause.
Speaking on the occasion, the Zonal Incharge, SNM, Zone 1-A, Rev Saint B P Singh mentioned the philanthropic initiatives of the Mission, saying that the organization is doing service for the mankind during the past over three decades by organizing free medical camps and blood donation camps.
DC Rajouri lauded Mission’s philosophy of selfless service that saved numerous human lives, for which the other such organizations should also take inspiration and help in serving the mankind.
Convener, Sant Nirankari Mandal, Rajouri, Anil Kapoor highlighted the various social services rendered by the Mission at various locations across the globe.
The blood donation camp was held under the guidance of Nirankari Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev ji Maharaj.
