Smoked ‘Meal in a Plate’ at Hotel Ramada from today

JAMMU, May 22: Hotel Ramada will be hosting aroma-infused Indian Fusion Cuisine Festival from 07:00 pm to 11:00 pm from May 23 onwards.
The food fest will be under the name ‘Meal in a Plate’.
A handout of the Hotel stated that visitors in the fest can treat their taste buds to aromatic smoke infused succulent vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies including Malabar Galouti, Sheermal aur Deg ki Acchari Gosht ka Mel among other mouth-watering combinations amidst the authentic Kashmiri ambience at Ramada Jammu’s newly opened Chinar Restaurant located on the 1st floor.
Siddhant Chowdhary, Managing Director Ramada Jammu said: “Keeping up with our promise for innovation, we bring to you “Meal in a Plate”, a sensory experience of delectable, smoked meals where the focus is not just on the taste but most importantly on the presentation where items like Garam Masala are used on top of the coal to not just give it a smoking effect but add an overall aromatic flavour as well”.
Other offerings include Chicken Taco Magaz, Crispy red dumplings with garlic pilaf, Chur Chur tuk tuk Paneer, Roomali Soy Ki Nukti and assorted kulfi among others.
The handout further informed that meal in a plate will be available for Rs. 429 and Rs. 499 Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian dishes respectively along with traditional Kashmiri Wazwan served in authentic Tarami’s.
