JAMMU, June 2: Six persons were injured today in two separate road mishaps in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a speeding Alto car rolled down the road at Dansal in Jhajjar Kotli area, resulting into injuries to five occupants of the car. The injured persons were identified as Vinod Kumar (37) son of Jagdish Lal, his wife, Arti Mehra (30), son, Bardhan (4), brother, Manohar Lal (36) and Raman Kumar (40) son of Darshan Lal, all residents of Sanu Jindrah (Dansal).
Another mishap occurred near Appolo Diagnostic Centre on Gandhi Nagar road, where a rashly driven Alto Car hit a bike. The bike rider namely Mukesh (24) son of Subash Chander, resident of Jatwal, got injured in the mishap.
All the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment. In both cases, the concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
